For the final task in English class, we had to organize a project that explored the impact of war. We could work alone or in a team, and we were given only one clear instruction: through a video, we had to show the consequences of war, whether through death, trauma, or the divisions it creates.
Throughout the unit, we studied major conflicts such as the Vietnam War and the Second World War, which helped us understand the human cost behind these events. We also watched Swing Kids and a short excerpt from Saving Private Ryan, both of which illustrated how war shapes people’s lives and leaves lasting emotional scars.
